Established in 1992, EADP provides evaluation, education, and outpatient treatment services for adults and adolescents struggling with alcohol and drugs. 

EADP offers solutions for individuals and families working to address the issue of alcohol or drug abuse in their lives.  EADP provides individual, group, and family therapy services in a warm, accepting environment to meet the needs of each our clients.  We are here to help you build a healthy, lasting recovery.

Phil Seibel, M.D.
Psychiatrist

Dr. Phil Seibel is a board certified psychiatrist with a sub specialty in addiction.  Dr. Seibel has been specializing in the treatment and research of co-occurring disorders (mental illness and addiction) for nearly twenty years. 
Dan Kelleher, LPC
CEO

Dan Kelleher founded EADP in 1992.  He is a well known speaker, educator, and practitioner in the field of alcoholism and drug addiction, consulting with clinicians around the country to help them establish effective treatment programs.
Melissa Gragert, M.Ed, LPC
Clinical Director

Melissa Gragert brings specializations in addiction and trauma to EADP.  Practicing for nearly a decade, she has worked with adults and adolescents, working as both clinician and consultant to programs to develop curriculum addressing mental illness and addiction. 
Corina Miller, MSW, LICSW
Therapist

  Originally trained at the National Naval Medial 
          Center's Addiction Program, TRISARD, Corina Miller
          brings nineteen years of experience in the field of 
          addiction treatment to EADP.
Claire Quigley, MSW, LICSW
Therapist

Well known in Washington for nearly two decades of work in the treatment of addiction, Claire Quigley has served in a number of roles in addiction programs in the community.  Claire focuses much of her work on the experience and role of the  family in her clinical practice. 
Darryl Funk, MSW, LICSW
Compliance Consultant
A Master Addiction Counselor, Darryl Funk began his counseling career in the navy.  Darryl brings fifteen years of experience in hospital, inpatient, and outpatient settings addressing chemical dependency to his work at EADP.

Marc Servatius, RAC
Therapist/Educator

Practicing in the field of addiction since 1986 in a variety of modalities, Marc Servatius was a 2005 recepient of the "Unsung Heroes" award, recognizing individuals who have "given selflessly of themselves to enhance addiction awareness and treatment in the community."
