Dr. Phil Seibel is a board certified psychiatrist with a sub specialty in addiction. Dr. Seibel has been specializing in the treatment and research of co-occurring disorders (mental illness and addiction) for nearly twenty years.

Dan Kelleher founded EADP in 1992. He is a well known speaker, educator, and practitioner in the field of alcoholism and drug addiction, consulting with clinicians around the country to help them establish effective treatment programs.

Melissa Gragert brings specializations in addiction and trauma to EADP. Practicing for nearly a decade, she has worked with adults and adolescents, working as both clinician and consultant to programs to develop curriculum addressing mental illness and addiction.

Well known in Washington for nearly two decades of work in the treatment of addiction, Claire Quigley has served in a number of roles in addiction programs in the community. Claire focuses much of her work on the experience and role of the family in her clinical practice.

A Master Addiction Counselor, Darryl Funk began his counseling career in the navy. Darryl brings fifteen years of experience in hospital, inpatient, and outpatient settings addressing chemical dependency to his work at EADP.

Practicing in the field of addiction since 1986 in a variety of modalities, Marc Servatius was a 2005 recepient of the "Unsung Heroes" award, recognizing individuals who have "given selflessly of themselves to enhance addiction awareness and treatment in the community."
